  I've been going to George Webb restaurants for at least 20 years and this is the only one I've had a bad experience at. I went there on a Sunday with my 5 year old son and even though the place was not very busy at all it took well over half an hour to get our food; closer to 45 minutes. And when it finally came the pancakes were burnt on one side and really hard, the bacon was burnt and the eggs were cold. When the waiter asked what we thought I told him the food was awful, showed him the stiff pancakes that could literally roll across the table and told him the only reason we ate that crap was because we were already there for almost an hour and the little guy was starving. Otherwise I would've walked right out and went to the McDonald's across the parking lot where my kid could've at least played on the playland while we waited for s**ty food. To make matters worse the server said he would at least comp us the kids breakfast but he didn't tell the cashier so we ended up paying for it anyway. When you go to Webb's you know what you're going to get. or at least that's how it normally is. Seriously I can let a bad experience slide if the place was busy but when we went there were maybe 4 or 5 other tables with people.

  The service was exceedingly slow. We waited 10 minutes to get water and coffee. After that was another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Then 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When you go to George Webb's for a quick breakfast, you don't expect to be there for almost an hour.
